If you have been mandated by the courts to take a defensive driving course, or you want to take a defensive driving course to reduce your auto insurance, you have come to the right place!
Many major insurance providers accept taking a defensive driving course to qualify individuals for a discount. If an insurance company accepts taking a defensive driving course for a discount, it is usually approximately 10% annually. Check with your insurance first to get all details regarding taking this course for an auto policy discount.
This defensive driving course is NM State approved and upon completion, you will receive the same certificate that you would if you had completed an in-person class.

Having to take defensive driving is not fun as it is, but this course will make completing this class less of a hassle. You don't have to change your pajamas on Saturday morning to go to your defensive driving class because it is totally online. You don't have to drive to an unfamiliar building and sit in a class with a bunch of strangers all day.

FAQ's
Do I need to finish the course on my own computer or phone?
Any device that is hooked up to the web will allow you to work on our course, whether it is at home, work, or the library.
Can I get an extension to complete the COURSE?
You will need to contact your court of jurisdiction (the court on your citation) and request an extension. Courts generally grant extensions when they are requested before the due date. If you wait until after the due date, there’s a good chance the extension won’t be granted.
How soon can I receive my CERTIFICATE?
We always offer FREE First-Class standard shipping through the US Post Office. Allow 1-5 business days for your certificate to arrive, depending on the destination. Remember, courts almost always offer extensions for you to receive your certificate, just call and tell them your certificate will arrive shortly in the mail.
Getting a replacement certificate
If you have lost/damaged your certificate or if the information you provided is incorrect, you can request a new one for an extra $10. If 123 Driver Safety made an error on your certificate, we will mail another one to you free of charge.
What is the refund policy?
A full refund can be made within 30 days of completion of the course.
